Our CSR commitments
In order to ensure regular monitoring and effective implementation of its CSR strategy, launched in 2022, the Soromap Group has set up a dedicated department.
This commitment, shared by employees and management, should enable us to strengthen our social and environmental commitments in perfect synergy with our economic growth.
The 2022/2023 financial year was marked by:
- The implementation of a profit-sharing agreement for a period of one year
- The completion of an EcoFlux assessment (energy, waste, and water management review) in partnership with BPI France
- Our first participation in the Ecovadis assessment
Our objectives for 2023/2024:
- Continuing the profit-sharing agreement for a period of three years
- Taking corrective action on our energy expenditure
- Finding sustainable solutions for recycling our waste
- Carrying out a Décarbon'Action assessment
We want to be humble in our approach, as we are aware that we will move forward step by step depending on:
- Technological innovations
- The quality of our recruitment and the training of our employees
- Our adaptation to new standards
